From April 15–18, 2025, more than 4500 industry leaders and over 280,000 professionals gathered in Shenzhen for CHINAPLAS 2025, themed “Green + Smart.” As a global pioneer in anti-aging solutions for polymer materials, Rianlon showcased how innovation and circular-economy thinking can drive sustainability across the plastics sector through four immersive city-themed exhibits and four expert presentations.

In our talk “Dual-Track Weathering Technology: Ensuring Long-Term Reliability of Engineering Plastics”, Rianlon introduced a synergistic approach combining antioxidants and UV stabilizers to create a two-layer protection barrier. In the report “Long-lasting Weathering Solutions: Protecting Agricultural Films Throughout Their Lifecycles”, Rianlon introduces a full-lifecycle solution framework tailors formulations to each application’s climate, thickness, and service life—ensuring reliable UV resistance, heat stability, and pesticide tolerance throughout the product’s lifespan while lowering overall production costs.

Integrating targeted stabilizers into new plastics to boost weather resistance and thermo-oxidative stability, extending service life and preventing waste at the source.

 

Recycling-Stream Enhancement:

Developing specialized anti-aging additive packages that restore mechanical strength, color integrity, and processability in recycled resins, shifting them from merely “recyclable” to truly “high-quality recyclable.”

 

High-Value Applications:

Combining anti-aging chemistry with modification processes so that recycled plastics meet the demanding standards of automotive interiors and electronic housings—unlocking premium reuse and higher material value.
