FURTHER PRICE ADJUSTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

In recent weeks, continuing raising global freight rates, raw materials cost surges and overhead increases have substantially impacted the cost structure of our antioxidants and light stabilizers product lines. In due response to that and in order to ensure the high-quality supply and service for our customers, Rianlon Corporation announced today another round of price increases. The increase amount will depend on products and regions. The new prices will be communicated to you by our sales team and will be effective immediately, or as contracts allow.
