Reporting Scope
Rianlon welcomes reports—public or anonymous—on policy violations, unethical conduct, or actions that harm the company or employees. Reports should be directed to the Audit Department.

Rewards
Depending on the investigation outcome, Rianlon may reward whistleblowers with 10%–20% of the recovered losses or illegal gains confirmed by judicial authorities, up to RMB 200,000 per case.
