Key Initiatives & Global Practices
We forge a low-carbon future through technological innovation, enable circularity with green solutions, weave a global responsibility network, and build a people-oriented foundation with employee well-being.
-
Green Manufacturing: Technological Innovation Driving Low-Carbon TransitionNational-Level Green FactorysRianlon’s Hangu, Zhongwei, and Hengshui bases have all been recognized as national-level “Green Factories.”
Since 2023, through refined operations, reduced energy consumption, enhanced waste-heat utilization, and the adoption of energy-efficient equipment and technologies, our bases have collectively reduced 25,001 tons of CO₂ emissions as of June 2025.
EU Green Deal–Inspired Actions
We have adopted practices aligned with the EU Green Deal, including photovoltaic (PV) power generation and biomass steam boilers.
The rooftop PV station at the Changshan Base generated 1.4 million kWh in 2023 and 1.2 million kWh in 2024, achieving a cumulative emission reduction of approximately 1,400 tCO₂eq.Waste Heat and Pressure Recovery
We maximize the utilization of waste heat and pressure across our operations.
At the Hangu Base, five hydro turbines were installed from 2021 to 2024, contributing to an annual reduction of 815 tCO₂eq.
By 2030, our waste-heat and pressure recovery projects are expected to deliver a total reduction of 8,200 tCO₂eq per year.
