FAKUMA 2026 Concludes Successfully | Rianlon Showcases Anti-Aging Solutions for Diverse Polymer Applications

The 30th FAKUMA International Trade Fair for Plastics Processing was held in Friedrichshafen, Germany, from October 12 to 16, 2026. Rianlon's European team once again took part in the exhibition, engaging with customers and industry partners on polymer weatherability, thermo-oxidative aging, and long-term performance in service.

As electric vehicles continue to evolve, automotive materials are being used in an increasingly diverse range of applications. At FAKUMA 2026, Rianlon presented targeted anti-aging solutions for different automotive resin systems.

1. Polyolefins, including PP and TPO

For polyolefin materials such as PP and TPO, Rianlon highlighted its U-pack® solutions, including U-pack® UV-703, U-pack® UV-7308, and U-pack® UV-7303 (AC). These products address key performance requirements, including long-term light stability, low odor, and resistance to blooming.

2. Polyurethane (PUR)

For polyurethane (PUR) systems, Rianlon featured U-pack® UV-7175, a high-performance liquid anti-aging blend designed to provide effective, long-lasting weatherability.

3. PC and PC/ABS

For PC and PC/ABS materials, Rianlon showcased products such as RIASORB® UV-360 (UL) and RIASORB® UV-3030. These solutions offer excellent weathering performance while addressing relevant EU regulatory requirements concerning substances of very high concern (SVHCs).

4. Polyamides (PA)

For PA materials, RIANOX® 686 is a high-performance phosphite antioxidant capable of withstanding processing temperatures of up to 400°C, developed for demanding conditions such as high-temperature processing. RIASORB® UV-660 is a multifunctional additive designed for PA materials, helping to enhance both light and thermal stability in nylon modification. Together, these products provide customers with a broader range of options to meet their application requirements.

Beyond automotive applications, Rianlon also presented anti-aging products and solutions for agricultural films, engineering plastics, and adhesives, addressing the needs of different material systems for outdoor weatherability, processing stability, and long-term durability.

The exhibition further strengthened Rianlon's connections with customers and industry partners in Europe. Looking ahead, Rianlon will continue to enhance local market services and application support across Europe and other global markets while further developing its global manufacturing and supply network.
