Rianlon Officially Launched the Merger of Hengshui Kaiya Chemical
On December 23, 2018, with the approval from the board of directors and the board of supervisors, Rianlon Corporation’s merger and acquisition on Hengshui Kaiya Chemical Co., Ltd. was officially launched.
Antioxidants and light stabilizers are two main categories of anti-aging additives for polymer materials, further breaking down to general antioxidants (GAO), specialty antioxidants (SAO), UV-absorbers (UVA) and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS). Rianlon’s existing products cover the main grades of antioxidants and UV-absorbers, but having less product varieties and capacity in HALS. Kaiya Chemical is an enterprise with strong technical advantages in the research and production of HALS and the intermediates. The product structure of Rianlon and Kaiya Chemical can well form a beneficial complement, helping to provide the most comprehensive product coverage in the anti-aging additives industry.
Through the acquisition of Kaiya Chemical, Rianlon not only can rapidly improve the product portfolio, but further can integrate the R&D resources and achieve more U-pack product innovation by expanding downstream product lines of HALS. As a result, Rianlon will greatly enhance the supply stability to global clients, strengthens its core competitiveness and sustained profitability while laying a solid foundation for the further development.
It is currently a good opportunity era for global polymer materials. With this milestone, Rianlon is following its vision of becoming a leading enterprise in the field of anti-aging industry in the world.
