2025-12-24

On December 22, Dato' Onn Hafiz Ghazi, Menteri Besar of Johor, Malaysia, led a delegation to Beijing and convened a special symposium focusing on the construction progress of the Rianlon Malaysia Project. Li Haiping, Chairman and President of Rianlon, attended the meeting with his team. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics including project construction, industrial empowerment, technological and talent cooperation, and reached a series of important consensus.

At the symposium, the Rianlon team gave a comprehensive briefing on the enterprise's development achievements and presented its strategic blueprint for becoming a world-leading enterprise. Chairman Li Haiping pointed out that the establishment of Rianlon Malaysia Sdn. Bhd in the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) marks a crucial milestone in the enterprise's global layout. Rianlon will build a brand-new, modernized, highly automated and intelligent production base here, along with a global R&D center. Rooted deeply in Malaysia, the enterprise will fully leverage the local favorable business environment, abundant natural resources and superior geographical advantages. While pursuing its own development, Rianlon will precisely fill the supply chain gaps in Malaysia's industrial antioxidants, lubricant additives and bio-manufactured active products sectors. In addition, Rianlon will create a large number of high-end job opportunities locally and actively promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between Malaysian universities and Rianlon, nurturing high-caliber industrial talents for Malaysia and injecting new impetus into its development.

The core agenda of this symposium focused on the practical difficulties and potential challenges encountered during the project advancement. Regarding the concerns raised by Rianlon, such as energy supply, infrastructure supporting construction, park living facilities and personnel mobility, Dato' Onn Hafiz Ghazi expressed keen concern and provided relevant responses.

Chairman Li Haiping extended a sincere invitation to Dato' Onn Hafiz Ghazi, earnestly inviting the Menteri Besar to attend the foundation-laying ceremony of Rianlon Malaysia Sdn. Bhd on January 19, 2026, which Dato' Onn Hafiz Ghazi gladly accepted.

The entire symposium proceeded in a cordial, pragmatic, efficient and constructive atmosphere. At the end of the meeting, Chairman Li Haiping and Dato' Onn Hafiz Ghazi exchanged gifts, drawing a successful conclusion to this exchange.
