2026 Synthetic Resin New Materials & Equipment Expo | Rianlon Drives Industry Innovation with Insights into Anti-Aging Technologies
From August 13–15, the 2026 Synthetic Resin Industry Development Conference and New Materials & Equipment Expo was held in Wuxi. Rianlon showcased its full portfolio of antioxidants, light stabilizers, and U-pack® anti-aging solutions, joining industry partners to explore emerging trends and innovative applications in anti-aging technologies for synthetic resins and other polymer materials.

At the 2026 Symposium on Advanced Synthetic Resin Catalysts and Additives, held alongside the expo, Henry Luo (Luo Hai), Director of Application Technology at Rianlon, delivered an invited presentation titled "The Synthetic Resin Additives Industry in China and Beyond: Current Landscape and Future Trends." Rianlon serves as the organization chairing the Catalysts and Additives Branch of the China Synthetic Resin Association.

The presentation provided an overview of the current market landscape and development trends in the anti-aging additives industry, both in China and globally. Against the backdrop of evolving regulations and market dynamics worldwide, it highlighted the impact of PFAS-related regulations on the industry and offered a systematic review of the technical characteristics and future development of key anti-aging products, including antioxidants and light stabilizers.
From a low-carbon and sustainable development perspective, the presentation also explored how anti-aging additives can extend material service life and improve resource efficiency. Drawing on a diverse range of applications—including new energy vehicles, rotational molding, water-based material systems, photovoltaics, and recycling—Henry Luo shared Rianlon's anti-aging products and solutions designed to address emerging market needs and enhance material stability and durability under demanding processing and service conditions.

With a focus on recycling, the presentation also explored how anti-aging technologies can help recycled materials move beyond basic recyclability toward easier recycling and higher-value recovery, as well as ongoing efforts to enable the controlled degradation of degradable materials. These insights further broadened the scope of sustainable applications for anti-aging technologies, offering attendees a technical perspective that combined industry insight with practical value.

At the expo, Rianlon showcased its full portfolio of antioxidants, light stabilizers, and U-pack® anti-aging solutions for synthetic resins and a wide range of downstream polymer applications, including polyolefins and engineering plastics. These tailored solutions address customers' needs for enhanced processing stability, long-term weathering resistance, and material service life.

During the expo, a delegation from the China Synthetic Resin Association visited Rianlon's booth to learn more about the company's product portfolio, R&D capabilities, and application solutions, and exchanged insights with the on-site team. Looking ahead, Rianlon will continue to advance innovation in anti-aging technologies for polymer materials, delivering more efficient products and application solutions to enhance material performance and support the sustainable development of the industry.
